You, the user, are solely responsible for any actions, modifications, or changes made using this software, including but not limited to vehicle ECU modifications. The developer, distributor, and affiliates accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, malfunction, loss, or legal consequences resulting from use of this software.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software except as expressly permitted.
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party without prior written consent.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with this EULA.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee the software will function as intended for all vehicles, systems, or use cases.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements (including vehicle warranties) in your jurisdiction.

6. INTENDED USE AND RESTRICTIONS

This software is intended for use EXCLUSIVELY on private property, including but not limited to:

• Private racetracks and closed circuits
• Private testing facilities
• Race vehicles used solely on closed-course competition
• Off-road vehicles used exclusively on private land

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• ECU modifications made with this software are NOT intended for vehicles operated on public roads or highways
• Use of modified vehicles on public roads may violate emissions regulations, safety standards, and other applicable laws
• You will ensure all modified vehicles comply with local regulations before any public road use
• The software is designed for racing, competition, and private testing purposes only

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer, distributor, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this software.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
