These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TFMECU website and application (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Safety and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and any ECU-related modifications comply with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and third-party agreements (including warranties) in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Services (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization).
  • Upload content you do not have rights to share, or that violates third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Support tickets and uploads

When you submit tickets and attachments (such as ECU files or logs), you grant us permission to process that content solely to provide support and operate the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the content and that doing so does not violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and content (excluding your submitted content), are owned by TFMECU or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Services will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TFMECU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services and other users.
